Returns and Refunds Policy

 

 

Here at T³o Designs we are always committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We recommend that our customers consider selecting the 'Tracking' option if the service is available to your country of destination.

We hope you can appreciate that no refunds or replacements of any products can be made for items that are lost/damaged in transit.  

 

1. Wristwear 

Sizing is a unique personal preference. Some customers like their bracelets tighter and some looser. All customers are responsible for accurately measuring and specifying the correct sizing option (wrist circumference) to their liking. However, if you discover you would like to make adjustments to the size of your products, we will gladly make re-sizing changes once the products are sent back. (Please note: that the customer will be solely liable for any further shipping/handling costs incurred in this process).

 

 

Please note that for incorrect sizing issues to be processed, claims  must be made within 48 hours of receiving the products.

Also bear in mind there will be slight natural variations in sizing but we are committed to delivering quality products with the smallest margin of error possible. 

 

2. Timepieces 

To protect our customer's interests and to demonstrate our best after - sales service, we make the following terms of warranty: 

 

  1. All T³o Designs timepieces are covered by an International Warranty for the period of one year from the above 'date of purchase'.

  2. In the event you would like to make a claim under this Warranty, please contact the company immediately for the appropriate course of action required 

  3. This warranty will apply for manufacturing and functional defects 

  4. User negligence, damage to leather straps, violent shock, loss/theft and reasonable wear and tear are not covered by this Warranty 

  5. Any maintenance, service or repair performed by any third party will render this Warranty null and void 

  6. Users must return the timepieces with the Warranty Card via a postal service of their choice. T³o Designs will not claim liability for returns that are lost in transit and any additional costs incurred.
